Using Betwext is easy. Simply sign up, use your personal or business credit card to purchase a monthly credit plan, and add some contacts to a list. Then start texting! You'll be having SMS conversations between multiple people in no time.

It's all about the credits, baby.

In order to use Betwext you need to purchase credits, and we offer a few plans to fit any budget. Your account is deducted for each message sent and received - for each message sent, you're charged for that message times the number of people it's sent to. So if you add 5 people to a list (6 if you include yourself) each time someone texts, your account will have 1 credit deducted for receiving and 5 credits deducted for sending. Lists, Lists, and More Lists

Your Betwext account lets you create contacts and lists. Contacts are simply a name and phone number, and lists are contacts that you can group together. When you "activate" a list, you can then send messages to your Betwext number and everyone on the list will receive your message, as well as be able to reply. You can have the same person on multiple lists, but only one of your lists can be active at a time, and one person can only text one list at a time.

Commands start with !

When having a conversation with Betwext, just text your Betwext number like you would text anyone else. However, you might want to perform a special task, like silence Betwext for a bit or switch lists. Betwext commands start with an exclamation point (!) so that the system can interpret what you're asking. You can see some example commands below.

Need to know what commands you can use, but don't have a smartphone or computer handy? Text "!help" (no quotes necessary) to your Betwext number and you'll receive a quick list of commands you can send to Betwext to perform various tasks.

!silence

Silence Betwext

Looking to have some quiet time? Need to have Betwext simmer down for a bit? Just text "!silence" (no quotes necessary) to your Betwext number and we'll hush everything up for you. Ready to chat again? "!resume" will get you right back in the conversation.

!stop

Stop Betwext Forever (only if you really really want)

We understand - sometimes you aren't the right person for Betwext, even though your friends have already invited you. Simply text "!stop" (no quotes necessary) and then respond as directed. You'll be permanently blacklisted - that is, if you ever want to use Betwext again, you'll need to email us to have your phone number re-enabled.
