Betwext is like a "reply-all" button for your phone's text messaging ability. Betwext lets you send a message to a group of people, and have everyone in the group receive each other's responses.

Betwext is one of the only options that allows you to send text messages simultaneously to a group of people and have EVERYONE in the group receive EVERY group member's response. You don't even need a smartphone - as long as your mobile device can send an SMS, you can use Betwext and all of its features.

After creating your account and purchasing credits, you can create lists of people. Add as many people and numbers as you want, and then mark the list you want to talk to as "active". From there, just text the Betwext number and your message will be sent to everyone in the list (except you, of course).

When someone replies, you and everyone else in the active list will receive their message. It'll even put their first name in front of the message so you know who's saying what!

Nope! Betwext is completely web based - all you need is a mobile device with the ability to receive and send text messages.

Your mobile phone company may charge you for the text messages you send and receive. Betwext will not be liable for any charges you may receive from your mobile phone company for receiving or sending Betwext text messages.

We will never spam people on your list, and we won't allow anyone else to do so either. We don't share your list with anyone not directly related to Betwext and the Betwext service.

While we do our best to ensure prompt and accurate delivery, we can't guarantee the successful delivery of messages. We do work with some of the best 3rd party messaging partners in the industry, all of whom have direct relationships with the major mobile phone carriers. This gives your messages the best possible chance of delivery.

Yes, simply sign in to your account, click on credits, and you'll see all of your options for monthly credit plans.

If you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the additional messages in the new plan. These messages are only good for the current billing cycle. You'll then be billed and credited for that plan during the next billing cycle. If you downgrade you'll be charged the new rate for your new plan starting on your next billing cycle. If you cancel you'll be cancelled immediately and you won't be charged again, and your credits will expire on the first day of what would be your new billing cycle had you continued your plan.

At this time we're only offering monthly billing plans.

The account owner is the only person that can access the account page, upgrade, downgrade, change billing information, access invoices, cancel the account, and manage contacts and lists, as well as start texting lists that are owned by that account owner. If you do change your account information, you'll no longer have access to that account.

Kind of - while you can add multiple people to a list and receive all of their responses, keep in mind that everyone else will receive those responses and you will be deducted credits for each message. We'd suggest using another service if you need to send occasional blasts of messages to very large groups.

Any messages you send with a credit balance of 0 will simply be ignored. Just log in and increase your monthly plan or purchase a static block of credits, and we'll update your account immediately so you can keep on betwexting!

Heck no! Betwext is monthly service that you can cancel at anytime. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Unfortunately we can't offer refunds on the service - remember you can cancel anytime, and you won't be billed again after you cancel.

We could bore you by explaining how we use industry-standard SSL to secure your information, and how all of our credit card processing is handled with Authorize.net's secure servers, and how your data is all stored in an armed-guard secured datacenter, but we'll just say "your data is very safe" and not worry about explaining all that.

Unfortunately at this time we are not offering Betwext as a service outside of the United States. As you can imagine, securing billing and SMS abilities throughout the world is a huge task, and while we are not opposed to it, we simply cannot offer it at this time.
