Betwext LLC respects your privacy and provides the following process for requesting deletion of eligible personal information or disconnection of an account connected to Betwext.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@betwext.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include:

• Your full name.
• Your business name, if the request relates to a business account.
• The email address and telephone number associated with the account.
• The Betwext account, Meta Business Portfolio or WhatsApp Business Account involved, if known.
• A description of the information or account connection you want deleted or disconnected.
• Whether you are submitting the request for yourself or as an authorized representative of a business.

Do not email passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card information, private keys or copies of sensitive identity documents unless Betwext specifically requests an appropriate form of verification through a secure method.

Identity and Authority Verification

To protect customers and account owners, Betwext may need to verify your identity, your relationship to the information and your authority to act for a business before completing a request. Betwext may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to match the request to an account or prevent unauthorized deletion.

If Betwext cannot verify the request, Betwext may ask for additional information or may be unable to complete it.

What Happens Next

Betwext will acknowledge the request and process it within the period required by applicable law. If more time or information is needed, Betwext will provide an update using the contact information supplied with the request.

Depending on the request and applicable law, Betwext may:

• Delete eligible personal information maintained by Betwext.
• Disconnect Betwext’s authorized access to a Meta Business Portfolio or WhatsApp Business Account.
• Deactivate or close the applicable Betwext account, subject to contractual obligations.
• Direct the requester to the applicable Betwext client when that client controls the information.
• Explain any information Betwext must retain and the reason for retaining it.

Requests Concerning a Betwext Client

Betwext provides communications services to client businesses. If you received a message from a Betwext client and want that business to delete, correct or provide information about you, contact the business identified in the message or conversation first. That business generally determines why and how it uses its customer information.

If you cannot identify or contact the sender, email support@betwext.com with the sending telephone number, the date of the communication and enough information for Betwext to investigate. Do not forward unnecessary sensitive information.

Information That May Be Retained

Deletion is subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Betwext may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:

• Complete transactions and provide services requested by the account owner.
• Maintain suppression and opt-out records so unwanted messages are not restarted.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Maintain financial, tax, billing and audit records.
• Establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Comply with applicable law, legal process and contractual obligations.
• Maintain disaster-recovery or security backups until they are overwritten according to the applicable retention cycle.

Information retained for these purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes and will be deleted or de-identified when the applicable retention requirement ends.

Third-Party Platforms

Deleting information from Betwext does not automatically delete information independently maintained by a Betwext client, Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, a telecommunications provider or another third party. Separate requests may need to be submitted directly to those organizations under their respective privacy processes.
