Pricing FAQs

1. What is the cost for the service, per message?

SMS prices are only 1 cent per text on our Plus, Premier and PRO. Most plans include bundles of monthly FREE Texts. MMS (picture/video)/messages is enabled on all plans for 2 cents per. Contact us with questions on our live chat, at 888-885-4384 or support@betwext.com

2. Is there a long term contract?

No we don’t have long term contracts, instead we offer low monthly subscriptions. This secures your unique number(s) and provides your selected plan’s keywords at the lowest rates possible! Please note our shared short code plans (offered for an additional $20) are only able to text in the United States (US specific short code). Per our terms of service, we may request that you provide further business verification prior to sending or receiving messages. This may be necessary in order to protect our platform from spammers or if your credit card billing information does not match. Please note that in order to utilize our software you must agree that your subscribers have explicitly opted in to receive your text messages and that you are abiding by the terms of service. If you do not qualify or meet the terms of service we will will close your account and refund your subscription payment in full to the credit card on file.

3. How many messages can I send in a day?

For long code plans above, we recommend you not send more than a few thousand messages per day. It is also recommended that you break up your sends into smaller groups over time. If you’re hoping to send out several thousand or more messages at a time you’ll want to use our shared short code options and premier number pooling plan. You can reach us at support@betwext.com

4. Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchased credits. You will have the opportunity to utilize all your credits so long as your account is in good standing.

5. Do purchased credits expire?

So long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription fee and your account is in good standing, your purchased credits do not expire. Accounts that are inactive more than 90 days are subject to deactivation and removal of credit. Accounts on the shared short code plan that remove credit cards or fail to keep their account in good standing are subject to immediate keyword removal.

6. Will you notify me if my credit card expires or my account balance gets low?

Yes, you will normally be notified by email.

7. What happens to my account if the balance goes negative or to zero?

If you hit a zero balance/negative balance we will still charge your account til the end of the current monthly cycle at which point the account will be frozen. Inactive/Frozen accounts after 90 days are normally terminated.

8.Is auto-recharge an option?

Yes, when you sign up you’ll agree to the recurring subscription charge on your account. Additionally if you choose to add anytime credits or are on a plan where you pay as you go, you can leave the default auto-recharge on or turn it to notice you only or off. Please visit your account profile to modify.
