Pricing FAQs

1. What is the cost for the service, per message?

SMS prices are only 1 cent per text on any of our plans. Most plans include bundles of monthly FREE Texts. MMS (picture/video)/messages and extended text message options are enabled on all plans for 2-4 cents additional depends on size/length of message. Contact us with questions at support@betwext.com.

2. Are Incoming Messages Really Free?

YES!  All Incoming Messages are free for most users.  However, accounts experiencing higher than normal incoming text volumes or abuse, will be charged for incoming texts and may have their accounts suspended or cancelled.  As long as it’s not abused, incoming messages are free!

3. Is there a long term contract?

No we don’t have long term contracts, instead we offer low monthly subscriptions. This secures your unique number(s) and provides your selected plan’s keywords at the lowest rates possible! Per our terms of service, we may request that you provide further business verification prior to sending or receiving messages. This may be necessary in order to protect our platform from spammers. Please note that in order to utilize our software you must agree that your subscribers have explicitly opted in to receive your text messages and that you are abiding by the terms of service. If you do not qualify or meet the terms of service we will will close your account without notice.

4. How many messages can I send in a day?

For long code plans above, we recommend you not send more than a few thousand messages per day. It is also recommended that you break up your sends into smaller groups over time. If you’re hoping to send out several thousand or more messages at a time you’ll want to use our enterprise plans. You can reach us at support@betwext.com

5. Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchased credits. You will have the opportunity to utilize all your credits so long as your account is in good standing.

6. Do purchased credits expire?

So long as you continue to pay your monthly subscription fee and your account is in good standing you can continue to text. If you run out of credits simply upgrade to the next plan.  Accounts that are overdue and inactive more than 90 days are subject to deactivation and loss of all credits.

7. Will you notify me if my credit card expires or my account balance gets low?

Yes, you will normally be notified by email or text.

8. What happens to my account if the balance goes negative or to zero?

If you hit a zero balance/negative balance we will still charge your account til the end of the current monthly cycle at which point the account will be frozen. Inactive/Frozen accounts after 90 days are normally terminated.

9.Is auto-recharge an option?

Yes, when you sign up you’ll agree to the recurring subscription charge on your account.
